My first time having a Cleaner, so unsure what to expect. Chloe, who had been assigned to me, is delightful. Warm, friendly and engaging. Did an excellent job cleaning and carrying out tasks that I needed doing. She asked if I needed anything else, before she left, and even offered to put my bins out for me! The cleaner was amazing!! I was really anxious about getting help with my house but when she arrived she was friendly and efficient. She helped me to feel less anxious as well.

Excellent service. Communication excellent. Not the cheapest of service but this is definitely a case of you pay for what you get . Would recommend.

Amanda was brilliant – she’s lovely and chatty, and works extremely hard. She managed to get far more of the cleaning done than I imagined she would be able to. Both Mum and I are very happy with the end result. Would happily recommend both you and Amanda, and will no doubt use you you again if we need any cleaning done.

Our cleaner Sara is a delight. Her eye for detail is fantastic and we are looking forward to her returning every week to help us keep our home clean and tidy. I have been struggling to maintain my home with lots of on going health issues and a 8 month old puppy to look after. Employing someone from one less thing has indeed made it “one less thing” and i can now focus on my recovery and my overall health. The process to finding a cleaner was very quick and Dawn made sure we was matched with a suitable individual that was comfortable with dogs.

I had the pleasure of having Louise from One Less Thing take care of my cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work. She was professional, thorough, and paid attention to even the smallest details. My home has never looked better! Not only did Louise tackle every task with efficiency, but she also had such a pleasant and friendly demeanour that made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes immense pride in her work, and it shows in the spotless results. I’m beyond pleased with the outstanding service Louise provided. I highly recommend her and the One Less Thing team—truly a five-star experience!

Great to reconnect with Dawnn who operates One Less Thing. The start up of service was nice and quick and a cleaner allocated and in contact within 3 weeks. On the day, our new cleaner Lucia was really nice – a quick house tour showing there things where and any nuances of the house and then left her to it. A great job was done and looking forward to her regular attendances. She got on famously with our dog Mindy too which is always a positive!

Dawn responded really quickly to my message and matched me with a cleaner within a few days. Amanda is gradually working around my house giving it a lovely clean and shine. Very pleased.

Exceptional service. Dawnn made the process so easy, and really listened to what I needed for my home. She matched us with Angela who we are simply delighted with. She has taken care of our home as if it were her own, and is thoroughly professional. We couldn’t recommend highly enough, worth every penny!
